Terms & Conditions - All Sales Final / No Refunds 

1) Acceptance of Terms

2) Eligibility / Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the item(s) you select meet your needs. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions and images; however, colors, conditions, measurements, and appearance may vary.

 

3) Products Sold in Various Conditions (Mix of Inventory)

You may purchase items that are new, used, refurbished, overstock, closeout, liquidation, or otherwise final-sale inventory. Used and refurbished items may contain cosmetic and functional imperfections, wear, missing parts, minor defects, or other limitations.

 

4) ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO CREDITS. NO CANCELATIONS.

By placing an order, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation for any reason, including (but not limited to):

 

- change of mind;

- ordering the wrong item or quantity;

- inability to use the item(s);

- dissatisfaction with condition;

- transit damage, defects, or malfunctions;

- item missing parts (if applicable) as described on the listing; or

- any other reason whatsoever.

 

Except where a refund/other remedy is unlawful to waive under applicable Texas or federal law, you agree that no return, refund, exchange, or cancellation will be accepted.

 

5) Customer Risk After Purchase / Shipping

Unless prohibited by law, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or to you/your authorized recipient, where applicable). Shipping and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

If a package arrives damaged, you are responsible for pursuing any claim with the applicable carrier to the extent available. We do not provide refunds or accept returns due to transit damage.

 

6) No Warranty (AS IS)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

7) Limitation of Liability
